Call for Poster and Oral Abstracts

Open To All Specialties Involved In Trauma Care

The Trauma Association of South Carolina (TASC) in collaboration with the USC School of Medicine Greenville Continuing Medical Education Department invite all disciplines involved in trauma care to submit abstracts for poster and oral presentations for the 22nd Annual Southeastern Trauma Symposium on October 24-25, 2019 at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center in Columbia, South Carolina.

We are inviting Poster and oral presentations during the breakout session(s) on Friday, October 25, 2019. Poster entrants must submit an abstract for presentation. Review and sign the attached form entitled “Poster Presentation Guidelines and Expectations.” Please read all pages completely before submitting abstract.

Symposium Presentation

Presenters of posters selected will be notified via email by September 24, 2019. Selected participants will receive a packet for review, including a disclosure statement to be completed and returned. Registration options include:

  • $50 OFF 2 day registration
  • $25 OFF 1 day registration
  • Poster reception ONLY (no CME provided) $25 per person
  • Closing Lunch Reception ONLY (no CME provided) $40 per person

The primary author or designee will receive the registration discount. All posters selected for the poster presentation will receive a certificate of participation. The overall winner will receive one complementary registration for next year’s symposium, to the primary submitting author only.
