A block of rooms is held at the Hampton Inn, 822 Gervais Street, Columbia, SC at a reduced rate of $145 per night for Trauma Symposium participants until September 23, 2019.  Thereafter, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at same rate.  Hampton Inn telephone numbers:  (803) 231-2000 or (800) Hampton.  Remember to inform the hotel staff of our group code, SET, when you make your reservation.    Reservations may be made online at: https://hamptoninn.hilton.com/en/hp/groups/personalized/C/CAEDTHX-SET-20191023/index.jhtml?WT.mc_id=POG

Parking is provided in the rear lot of the convention center.  For guests staying at the Hampton Inn, parking is available at the Hampton Inn.

The Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center is a non-smoking facility.   No outside food or beverage is permitted within the facility.
